How to : order your KOKKO Bag :-)

 

I often receive that request to know how to proceed to order a bag. So I’ll describe a bit more in details the different steps if you feel like falling for an unique creationor a one that is inspired by a bag that you spotted on our social medias or on the website🙂

First of all, don’t hesitate tosimply get in touch, per mail (rachel@kokkobags.com), per phone (0032 494 13 23 05) or via the messaging app on social medias. I’ll answer you questions with pleasure!

 

Then, if you’re around, and that you would like to come pay us a visit at the workshop, we’ll plan an appointmentin order to review your wishes. You’ll have the opportunity to see a few bags (depending on the actual stock, which is in contant movement of course!), the leather skins, and to discuss about your dream bag.

 

 

But if you’re not available or you’re a bit too far to stop by, I also proceed via messages. I’ll then take the time needed to be sure that I understand what you wish, with the help of pictures of bags, leathers and inspirations.

 

Once we’ve done that, I’ll prepare a file with all the details of your bags that we discussed. This will be used aspurchase orderand will only be confirmed when you’ll give your approval of all the details.

 

Regarding the production time, I usually ask for a delay of a month. This gives me enough time to organize the schedule of the workshop and the different orders that I currently processed. I’ll also update you about the curent evolution of your bag.

 

And finally, the delivery day will be there. Whether we’ll agree on a moment and a place (at the workshop, at your address, …) so I can hand over your bag, or I’ll send it, preciously packed.

 

 

For the order of accessories, the process is quite the same, except that the production delay is shorter as they need a shorter production time.
