Deliveries, returns and exchanges

DELIVERIES

The preparation of your order will start as soon as your product is fabricated. We’ll contact you per mail to notify you of the sending of this one.

The delivery term is of maximum 1 month between the order confirmation and the sending date. Don’t hesitate to notify us of special events (birthdays, gifts, …), we’ll do our best to meet these delays.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 7 calendar days to claim the exchange of an article which wouldn’t suit you.

Return transport costs are at your expense.

Expedition costs for every exchange out of Belgium will be at your expense.

Important : Every returned article must be in the new state.

The products must be sent intacts, in their initial packaging with the labels attached.

We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of a product which would present a damage.

To the claim, you’ll be asked to join :

– A succinct description of the default;

– Photos of the default;

As soon as we receive your claim, we’ll do our best to answer it as soon as we can with an adequate and efficient solution.
